Water, Water Everywhere...

Water problems are a common occurrence in an old house. Things leak, they don't close properly, old pipes are just waiting to burst.

Do you have a water problem? If any of the following are true, you should look at controlling moisture in your house:

  • cracking, powdering, or failing plaster
  • mold and mildew, or musty odor
  • blistering or peeling paint and wallpaper
  • stained, swelling, or cracking woodwork
  • dry rot, insect damage
  • discoloration, dry or wet rot
