Dynasty NotesLike most of the dynasties of the Second Intermediate Period, the 16th Dynasty was made up of non-Egyptian kings, known as the Kysos -- vassals of the Hyksos rulers in Lower and MIddle Egypt. They were contemporaries of the 15th Dynasty kings in the Delta. The listing of available names is scarce -- and most are known only from single listing or reference. A common possible chronology is Anat-HerUser-anat Semqen Zaket Wasa Qar Pepi III Bebankh Nebmaatre Nikare II Aahotepre Aaneterire Nubankhre Nubuserre Khauserre Khamure jacob-Baal Yakbam Yoam Amu |
